Process


The first thing we have to do is do divide into groups! Ooooh... you are divided in groups!! So, lets start!
ACTIVITY 1. Choose where you are going to save the information. You can use your notebook, you can use a photocopy, etc.
ACTIVITY 2. You have to find information about this animals:
- Group 1: platypus
- Group 2: armadillo
- Group 3: penguin
- Group 4: manatee
- Group 5: lemur
- Group 6: bat
- Group 7: scaly anteater
For each animal, you have to find the following information (you can add extra information):

ACTIVITY 3. Guess the group your animal belongs to (mammal, bird, fish, amphibian, reptile...). You have to do this in group.
ACTIVITY 4. Now, you have to create a lapbook about your animal. There you have to include all the information you have found: Group (vertebrate, mammal, bird...), name, reproduction (oviparous or viviparous), movement (jump, fly,...), etc. You can include pictures, drawings and any interesting information.
ACTIVITY 5. Finally, you will explain your lapbook to your classmates.
